It's almost time for our beautiful Cacao Ceremony!

Everything below will guide you in preparing for our ceremony:

Each of our ceremonies are NURTURING, ACTIVATING AND TRANSFORMATIONAL!

All our guests are always so grateful and experience blissful healing and transformation from being present and surrendering to the cosmic journey.

There are TWO agreements to attend any Plant Medicine Ceremony. Please review these and reply to this email to acknowledging them:

1. I agree to arrive early so that I do not disrupt this sacred Ceremony

2. I agree to stay until the very end when the Ceremony will be energetically closed

To get the most out of this Sacred Ceremony, please read ALL the information below:

Ceremonial Cacao

This is a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and we will be drinking Ceremonial Cacao together to connect to the Consciousness and to experience it’s magnificent effects in opening up our hearts. Judy will prepare the Sacred Cacao and serve everyone at the Ceremony. There is no need to bring any of your own Cacao to the Ceremony.

The Ceremonial Cacao is made with 100% cacao (no sugar) and a tiny drop of essential oils of wild orange, vanilla and cinnamon.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one

The second part of this Ceremony will include an option to lay down and melt into your yoga mat during the meditations and activations.

Bring a cushion to sit on

While we sit on the floor together in circle, you will want a cushion to be cozy. Part of the ceremony you will be sitting, and part of the ceremony you will be laying down. If you don't have a yoga mat, please don't worry. We have extras.

Water!

Bring a filled water bottle with you in case you get thirsty towards the end of the Ceremony.

A Journal

Bring a journal and pen with you to capture any captivating insights throughout the Ceremony.

Eat lightly before the Ceremony

Plan to eat only a light meal no less than 3 hours before the Ceremony. The lighter the contents in your stomach, the more the Cacao can take you on a deeper journey. Ideally, you will avoid eating pork, red meat, dairy products and drinking alcohol or caffeine, or doing any drugs at least 1-3 days before and 1-3 days after the Sacred Ceremony. All foods have Consciousness so avoiding these foods are important in creating a space for the Sacred Cacao to open your heart, even deeper with you.

Share in our altar

Bring anything you would like blessed by the energy, into the altar. This can be crystals, angel cards, pictures, jewellery, crystals, journals, etc etc.

Please arrive on time

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to the Ceremony so as not to disrupt once we begin the Ceremony. This Ceremony is Sacred and sitting in a quiet space, communing with the music, ready to begin is ideal.
