Judy's beloved relationship with the Cacao Plant Spirit, began when working intimately with a Shipibo-Conibo trained Shaman back in 2020, followed by an Andean Medicine Man.
Trained and Spirit sanctioned/initiated teacher, Judy's purpose is to hold sacred space, mesmerizing others into remembering through daily rituals, Ceremonies, Cacao 16-day Deep Dive Dieta Journeys, Ceremony Facilitator Trainings and Cacao + Wellness Retreats in Peru & the Azores.

In today’s fast-paced world, where “blind devotion” has almost become the norm, some of the facilitators of Master Plant Medicines have never experienced the sacred foundational step, the Faciltator’s Dieta, and many have no idea that this is part of the ancient and sacred path to deepening in relationship to facilitate these medicines for others.
This revered foundational step has been almost forgotten, and my mission is to radically revive this sacred and ancient practice to help develop and cultivate embodied facilitators who can then become truly embodied as a divine channel and hold space for more transformation within their circles and ceremonies.
It is about honoring the sacred and ancient Indigenous processes of the Dieta that remind us of the depth of connection required to work with such powerful allies.
